Because we specialize in one-of-a-kind pieces, vintage clothing, and thrifted items, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental purchases
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Since many of our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee a replacement will be available.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution if the error was on our end.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
